Please read the entire agreement. By using and ordering from this site you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. If you have any questions or apprehensions feel free to contact us. 

USE OF THIS WEB SITE 
The design of this Web Site and all text, graphics, information, content, and other material displayed on or that can be downloaded from this Web Site are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws and may not be used except as permitted in these Terms and Conditions or with prior written permission of the owner of such material.

We may offer many tutorials, open source materials and information for our users, so the reuse, public display, and implementation of such information will not be restricted. 

But there is limitations for reusing the copyrighted materials in our website like product description, taglines, logos, product pictures etc. Unauthorized use of any such information or materials may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, laws of privacy and publicity, and other laws and regulations.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
You are our valid customer and we thank you for your purchase with us. Please read and understand return and refund policy carefully as it will provide you with your rights and obligations as our valid customer regarding the purchases you make unless otherwise specified or stated on our product page or advertisements etc.

We always keep high standards and accuracy in our manufacturing, QC and delivery so as to give a seamless experience to our customers. But if for any reasons beyond our control hinder our process then we won’t be able to ship the items in time, in such cases the order shall be cancelled and refunded.

The cancellation from our side may happen due to:

  1. When the product or model is out of stock.
  2. When the shipping address not serviceable by our courier partners.
  3. When we were not able to ship within the specified time limit.
  4. User request.
  5. Any other unforeseen reason or reasons beyond our control.

In the event that an item or order had successfully delivered and got cancelled due to delivery of faulty or wrong product, etc., then the refund process will be initiated.

Reasons for refund can be

  1. Defective item and beyond repair
  2. Incorrect product or model that your ordered delivered to you.
  3. Unserviceable shipping address or incomplete, wrong address or customer unavailable.
  4. Product damaged during transit (please don’t accept damaged packet)

If you come across any problem with our product or services then you are requested to contact our customer care before shipping the item back and demanding refund, otherwise refund process won’t be initiated from our end.

Refund Process

  1. Contact customer care via email or call.
  2. Customer care will process your request, validate it and check for possible solutions.
  3. Issue of return reference number and address of return by customer care.
  4. Customer has to send the item back in proper order with good packing to prevent damage while transit.
  5. Label the product packet properly with the return address, your address, order number and return reference number. Follow the instructions of customer care carefully
  6. After item is sent back to us do share the tracking number with customer care
  7. The refund will be processed after the item is received at customer care without any alternation, scratches, etc. and in order as originally shipped by us.
  8. The refund will be made within 4-30 days depending on the mode of the original payment, if the returned item meets the criteria mentioned above.

Decline of refund

  1. The product is damaged due to customer mishandling.
  2. Product used beyond it’s designed and stated specification.
  3. In the event that customer ordered wrong product or model.
  4. Physical damage, alterations, scratches, dents, holes or any tampering.
  5. Return items without original bill, package and return reference number from customer care.
  6. Return the package without all accessories originally shipped by us including freebie, gift voucher, etc.
  7. Returned the item to wrong address.
  8. Packed the item improperly and resulting damage caused in transit

Please do not accept delivery of any item whose packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please ensure to pack the product properly before handling it over to courier in case of returning.
Kitshope is not liable to pay any penalty or compensation to the customer for cancellation of any order. The maximum that can be done is refund or reissue of new item.

FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by any delay or failure to perform resulting in whole or in part from Acts of God, severe weather conditions, labour disruptions, governmental decrees or controls, insurrections, war, terrorist attack, risks, shortages, inability to procure or ship product or obtain permits and licenses, insolvency or other inability to perform by the manufacturer, delay in transportation, any other commercial impracticability and/or any circumstances beyond the control of the Company in its business operations.

PRICE AND AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION
While we take great care to ensure our advertising is accurate, mistakes may occur. When a mistake is noticed we will correct it as soon as possible and will notify customers who are affected.
Price and availability of information is subject to change without notice. Shoppers are requested to peruse our policy page to get updated about the changes made before every purchase.
Kitshope reserves the right to limit quantities, make changes in the site content, display, price etc.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Web Site (excluding linked web sites) is controlled by Kitshope Company from its offices within the Province of Kerala, India. The Web Site can be accessed from all provinces and territories of India, as well as from other countries around the world. As each of these jurisdictions has laws that may differ from those of the Province of Kerala, by accessing the Web Site, the user agrees that all matters relating to access to, or use of, the Web Site, or any other hyperlinked web site, shall be governed by the laws and the courts of the Province of Kerala and the federal laws of India applicable therein. The user also agrees and hereby submits to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Province of Kerala and acknowledges that the user does so voluntarily and is responsible for complying with local laws.
